SCHOOLARSHIP RENTS

The Underground waifus Scholarship System is a unique platform that allows owners of waifus NFT cards to lend their cards to scholars for a specified period, providing scholars with a chance to use these cards in gameplay. In return, the card owners receive a percentage of the rewards earned by the scholars during the lending period.

This document outlines the key features and processes involved in this system. You can check there: https://undergroundwaifus.com/scholarships/marketplace

This Underground waifus Scholarship System allows both waifus card owners and scholars to benefit from lending and using these unique NFTs, creating a dynamic and engaging ecosystem for the waifus community.

CARD LISTING LIMIT AND GROUP CREATION

Owners can list their NFT cards in multiples of 8 cards only.

- The number of groups an owner can create depends on their profile level:

- Level 3 owners can create 1 group (8 cards).

- Level 8 owners can create 2 groups (16 cards).

- Level 15 owners can create 3 groups (24 cards).

- Level 20 owners can create 4 groups (32 cards).

- Level 25 owners can create 5 groups (40 cards).

- Additional groups (8 cards each) can be unlocked every 5 levels.

- Owners are informed that they can increase the number of groups by taking a monthly subscription once the membership and subscription module is implemented.

REWARDS DISTRIBUTION

- Rewards, including GQ and Stardust, will be given or added to the scholar and owner at the end of the lending term, not after every match.

Please note that specific implementation details, such as the membership and subscription module, may require further development based on your system's design and requirements.

SCHOOLAR GAMEPLAY RESTRICTIONS

- Scholars can only play in GamepassMode using the deck (a combination of 8 cards) provided by the owner.

- Scholars are not allowed to change the combination of 8 cards in their deck.

PHASE 1: LENDING PROCESS

  1. Owner Lists a Card: The owner selects a card and sets the terms, including the number of days for lending, rewards for the scholar, required minimum matches, and tickets to be earned.

  1. Card Displayed on Scholar Page: The listed card is displayed on the scholar page. Until blockchain integration is in place, the owner can freely unlist the card, and if the card is sold, it will be removed from the listing page.

  2. Scholar Sends a Request: A scholar interested in borrowing the card sends a request.

  1. Owner Review and Approval: The owner reviews the scholar's stats and approves the request. Upon approval, the blockchain is triggered, and the card is locked for the specified duration (X days).

PHASE 2: NORMAL SCENARIO

In this phase, the scholar plays more than the minimum matches required daily during the lending period.

  • End of Contract: At the end of the contract, the rewards in INGAME GQ for all matches played are transferred to both the scholar (according to terms), with a 5% fee deducted from each scholar's INGAME GQ. Any remaining tickets go to the owner.

  • Card Unlock: The card is automatically unlocked and returned to the owner.

CASE 1: Minimum Matches Not Played

This scenario occurs when the scholar doesn't play the required minimum number of matches during the contract.

  • End of Xth Day: On the end of any Xth day where the total number of matches played is less than the required minimum matches for X days:

  • Rewards Distribution: If any INGAME GQ was earned by the scholar during the contract, the specified percentage of the contract amount goes to the owner with a 5% fee deducted as in the normal case. On the remaining amount, a fee of 50% is deducted, and the remaining is sent to the scholar.

  • Card Re-Listing: The card is listed back on the scholar page and removed from the scholar's possession but remains locked.

Modifying Listing

  • Owners can modify the listing on the marketplace, except for the days (only the remaining days will be displayed).

  • Changes can be made to the reward, minimum matches, tickets, etc.

  • Another scholar can request to rent the card following the same flow.

Unlock/Unlist Fees

  • Normal fees apply at the end of the contract if it ends as planned (5% from both in INGAME GQ).

  • If minimum matches are not played, and the scholar has some INGAME GQ, a percentage is transferred to the owner and the company.

  • If the scholar has no INGAME GQ, no action is taken.

  • If the owner decides to unlist/unlock the card, fees (Relayer + company) need to be paid.

CASE 2: Early Card Return by Owner

The owner has the option to reclaim the card before the scheduled end of the contract, even if the scholar is playing properly. In this case, fees for unlocking/unlisting the card will apply:

  • Relayer (GQ) fee. 400 (onChain GQ)

  • Company (GQ) fee, which is approximately 56 (onChain GQ) / day left.

  • INGAME GQ, as determined by the contract percentage set, will be transferred to the scholar after deducting the 5% company fees.

Battlespass

  • Battlespasses sent to scholars will be returned to the owner for the matches that the scholar wins.

  • Any remaining battlespasses with the scholar at the end of the lending term will also be returned to the owner.

  • However, if a scholar loses battlespasses due to match losses, those lost battlespasses will not be returned to the owner.

Important Note: It is crucial for card owners to always check the player stats of scholars before lending their cards to ensure a better understanding of the potential outcomes and risks associated with the lending. This allows owners to make informed decisions about lending their valuable cards.
